Instructions 1. Click on 'Structure ID' and select bridge name from list. 2. Click on 'Inspector' until correct name appears. 3. Click on 'Inspection Date' and click on correct day, month & year. 4. Click on individual tick boxes (or on grey column headings to toggle all selections). 5. Click on 'Save' button (bottom left). 6. Highlight and copy all text on RHS of screen except bolded header and footer. 7. Open Notepad and paste text. 8. Use bolded header or footer text (including '.html') as the file name. 9. Change Encoding to 'Unicode' when saving file. 10. Open the saved .html file to access the report.
